A low-hammock intermediate level practice that focuses on lengthening and rotating. By bringing twists rotations into our practice we stimulate the biological responses of our body, propelling us into greater health. The most important part of this practice is building a strong foundation from which to anchor ourselves, and allow us to pivot.
