 The hips are the gateway to proper stability, balance, and mobility. Once fully engaged, we can begin to go deeper into our core work, finding the edge of what feels good. Tightness through the hips can be restrictive and lead to injuries while also keeping your from getting the full benefit of your practice. We learn in our hammock that everything is connected. Rigidity or tightness in your body can create the same conditions in your mind. Today we work through these roadblocks and open ourselves to the experience.
